Three months ago I was suffering from joint pain both in my shoulders, knees, and lower back. Not from injury, but just from the bad food I had been eating.

It was lots of sugar and all of that. Since then a lot of that has really been depleted quite a bit. I would say 70 or 80% of it.

Before, I would wake up in the middle of the night and couldn’t even lift my arms because of joint pain in my shoulders and everything.

We knew better about the stuff that we ate before. We knew better than to do that, so it was not a bad change over all.

Now we just don’t go out to eat as often. We eat at home more than we did before.

So far, I’ve gained two notches in my belt and lost 10 pounds in the process.
