We accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Community Care (Hillcrest Network), Coventry, Health Choice, United Health Care. If your insurance is not listed, feel free to contact us regarding alternative payment options.
How do I schedule an appointment?
To schedule an appointment, simply give our office a call (918-748-3640) or send us a message below.
What do I bring to my first appointment?

On top of the new patient paperwork, you’ll need you to bring your insurance card, driver’s license, recent labs, and if you are a lady, your most recent pap and mammogram.

How early should I arrive to my appointment?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to your appointment so we have time to get everything ready for the practitioner.
